Ca-Zn complex stabilizer is specially for PVC flexible and transpaent film. It is non-toxic and environmental friendly. It has good initial color, good lubricity and outstanding long term heat stability.

Formulation recommended for PVC transparent tube for pharma use:
PVC resin, SG-7: 100 phr
CZ 1083: 2.0 phr
DINP: 40-60 phr
ESBO: 5-8 phr
Lubricant: suitable quantity

Application:
Ca-Zn complex stabilizer CZ 1083 is specially used for flexible transparent PVC tube and bottle. Do not contact with copper compounds.
