PVC resin, SG-7: 100 phr
MT 2015: 1.0-1.4 phr
DOP: 0-2 phr
External lubricant, G70S: 0.25-0.50 phr
Internal lubricant, G16: 0.5-1.0 phr
Processing Aid, ACR: 1 phr
Impact Modifier, MBS: 5-10 phr
Pigment: suitable quantity
Formulation recommended for PVC pipes:
PVC resin, SG-7: 100 phr
MT 2015: 0.4-0.8 phr
CaCO3: 30-60 phr
PE Wax: 0.3-0.50 phr
Stearic Acid: 0.3-0.5 phr
Paraffin wax: 0.5-1.0 phr
GMS: 0.3-0.6
Processing Aid, ACR: 1.0-1.5 phr
Impact Modifier, CPE: 3-6 phr
Pigment: suitable quantity
