Introductions:

It is a type of irregular chlorinated high molecular polymer, which has excellent physical properties as PVC impact modifier. It is compatible with PVC easily, and has fine tensile strength, good shock-resistance and superior impact modification for rigid PVC materials. Under the correct processing conditions, it can form three-dimension net structure inside of rigid PVC products, and make the final products possess superior impact resistance at normal and low temperature.

Applications:

It is mainly used in PVC window profiles, U-PVC drain pipes, Intake pipes, PVC foam plate, PVC extruding plate, PVC press plate and many other PVC products.

 

Features:

1.       Flexible molecular chain, toughness under normal pressure, vitrification temperature lower than -25 and brittleness temperature lower than -50.

2.       Polar bonds and non polar bonds are contained in CPE molecular structure. Compatible with various types of high molecular chemical materials, both polar and non polar plastics and rubbers.

3.       The saturated structure of molecular chain enables CPE with superior weatherability, ozone resistance, aging resistance traction resistance and abrasion resistance.

4.       Polar chlorine atoms are contained in CPE molecules, which enables CPE with superior oil resistance, flame retardancy and stainability.
